The Declaration of The Government of YAH’oudah Exiled in the United States of America

The Kingdom of YAH’oudah agree with the founding fathers of the United States of America regarding the following: (1) In the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another. (2) It becomes necessary to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, and (3) It is necessary to convey decent respect to the opinions of mankind upon declaration of the causes which impel them to the separation. The Kingdom of YAH’oudah knows these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal and endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the freedom to worship our God as He intended and instructed us to do so on our own land which I AM has given to us by promise to our forefathers Abraham, Isaac, and YAH’qob. The land of YAH’oudah (In Yisrael) was secured through the valence of our past and present warriors, from which our ancestors were displaced centuries ago. The exiled Kingdom of YAH’oudah and its citizens who live in our land of captivity the United States of America, also agree that to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men. These men derive their just powers from I AM to serve the governed, Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the Exiled to alter or to abolish said government, and to re-institute their previously established Kingdom, rebuilding on its foundation such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as reinstating our God, I AM inspired Constitution, “The Holy Torah.” Prudence will dictate that long established Governments should not be changed for light and transient causes. Experience has shown that mankind is more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. However when a long train of abuses and usurpation, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism through design, it is also their right, it is also their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for future security. This has been the patient sufferance of The family of YAH’oudah Exiled in the United States of America; requiring the family of YAH’oudah to alter our former Systems of Government. The history of the present United States of America is a history of repeated injuries and usurpation, all creating an absolute Tyranny through systematic altered majority over the children of Yisrael, in particularly the House of YAH’oudah. We hereby present the facts to a candid world. * The United States of America has refused their Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for YAH’oudah public good. * The Systematic Majority has forbidden their Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation until their Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, they have utterly neglected to attend to them. * The Systematic Majority has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of YAH’oudah former slaves and their descendants because it may cause them to prosper or excel beyond their posterity, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants by majority only. * The Systematic Majority has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with their measures. * The Systematic Majority has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness their invasions on the rights of the former Yisrealite slaves and their descendants. * The Systematic Majority has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the Kingdom of YAH’oudah remaining in the mean-time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within. * The Systematic Majority has endeavored to prevent YAH’oudah population in these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of people of color in particular gross display Yisrealite from Haiti; refusing to pass other Yisraelites to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands. * The Systematic Majority has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing their Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers favorable to YAH’oudah unique circumstances which they created: * The Systematic Majority has made Judges dependent on their Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries: * The Systematic Majority has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance, charging unfair amounts for services of the courts. * The Systematic Majority has kept among us, in times of peace, harassing police without the Consent of our community leaders: * The Systematic Majority has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power: * The Systematic Majority has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving themselves Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation: * For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us: * For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Exiles of YAH’oudah: * For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world les we abide by their unfair rules and laws: * For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent: * For depriving us in most cases, of the benefits of Trial by YAH’oudah Law: * For transporting us beyond Seas and throughout the United States to be tried for pretended offenses. * For abolishing the free System of Hebraic Laws in a neighboring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into our communities: * For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Kingdom: * For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever. * The Systematic Majority have abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of their Protection and waging War against us: * The Systematic Majority has plundered our homes, ravaged our lives, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people. * The Systematic Majority has at times transported large Armies of Mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny through Systematic Majority, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the leaders of a civilized nation. * The Systematic Majority has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas as well as on land to bear Arms against their Kingdom, to become the executioner of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands. * The United States of America have excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our communities, the merciless Immigrant Savages from other Nations, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions. In every stage of the above documented Oppression We have humbly Petitioned for Redress: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A People whose character is thus marked by every act which may define Tyrants through a designed Systematic Majority, is unfit to be the rulers of a freed people. Nor have YAH’oudah been wanting in attentions to our engrafted brethren therefore, We The Kingdom of YAH’oudah has warned from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our forced exile and deplorable living arrangements here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common humanity to disavow these usurpation, which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They are deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends. Therefore I AM's chosen and our accepted Representative, King of The Sovereign Kingdom Of YAH’oudah, His Majesty Travis H. Refuge I, Lion of The Tribe of Judah, in full Kingdom Authority, stand, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the Heaven and Earth I AM, Creator of Heaven and Earth for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name of YAH’oshouah our Mashi’YAH solemnly publish and declare, That these Exiled, former slaves in The United States of America and abroad are, and of Right ought to be Free and an Independent Sovereign Kingdom; that they are (1) Absolved from all Allegiance to the United States of America. (2) All political connection between them and the United States of America, is and ought to be totally dissolved; (3) As a Free Kingdom and Independent Nation with our own Land of YAH’oudah in Yisrael, we have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent Nations may of right do. (4) And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of I AM’s Providence, we mutually pledge to I AM, His Son YAH’oshouah, The King of all kings, our Anointed earthly King, and to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor. This with reward thus having just cause, having full rights and access to the Land of YAH’oudah, this without consent or reservation to existing powers or authorities. Therefore it is reasonable and necessary to recognize the rights of return which is reserved. Let it be known throughout the United States of America and the World abroad thus filed for recognition not permission but of statement of fact to just cause and intent of action. We are the Tribe of YAH’oudah of the twelve sons of Yisrael with credentials thereof from ancient records in particular the Hebrew Torah. Being fully capable of self-governing with all rights given to legitimate Kingdoms for our preservation of life, liberty and the ability to worship as our God I AM has prescribed in the Holy Torah without interference from foreign Kingdoms and their rules of law. Be it known this 12th day of November; 2011 this Charter is exercised in full force and rights rendered to a civilized Nation by the authority of The Creator of all things in Heaven, Earth and mankind, I AM God. As members of the household of YAH’oudah has thus reinstated a Monarch system of Government reckoning autocratic powers of rights to our fellow brother of Royal birth in exile in this the United States of America from the House of King David of YAH’oudah and of more recent recognition through H.I.M. Haile Selassie, Emperor of Ethiopia whom Sat On the Throne of David. Through his elder son Emperor Amha Selassie, through his daughter Ernestine then birth His Majesty King Travis H. Refuge, Born in exile November 16, 1957 in New Orleans, Louisiana in the United States of America to the will and glory of I AM. Thus having all rights and powers to exercise autonomous Governing authorities over our great Kingdom Judah.
