I will set my eyes on them/Negroes/Israel for good, and I will bring them back to this land. I will build them up, and not tear them down; I will plant them, and not uproot them.

9 "In the place of the dead there is excitement over your (America's) arrival. The spirits of world leaders and mighty kings long dead stand up to see you.
10 With one voice they all cry out, "Now you (America) are as weak as we are!
11 Your might and power were buried with you. The sound of the harp in your palace has ceased. Now maggots are your sheet, and worms your blanket.’

Future Glory for Jerusalem
1 "Arise, Jerusalem! Let you light shine for all to see. For the glory of I AM rises to shine on you, (Negroes).
2 Darkness as Black as night covers all the nations of the earth, but the glory of I AM rises and appears over you, (Negroes).
3 All nations will come to your light; mighty kings will come to see your, radiance.
4 "Look and see, for everyone is coming home. Your, (Negro)sons are coming from distant lands; your, (Negro) little daughters will be carried home.
5 Your, (Negro) eyes will shine, and your, (Negroes) heart will thrill with joy, for merchants from around the world will come to you, (Negroes). They will bring you, (Negros) the wealth of many lands.
6 Vast caravans of camels will converge on you, the camels of Midian and Ephah. The people of Sheba will bring gold and frankincense and will come worshiping I AM.
7 The flocks of kedar will be given to you, also the rams of Nebaioth will be brought for my altars. I will accept their offerings, and I will make my Temple glorious.

A Promise Of Restoration
11 "In that day I will restore the fallen House of David. I will repair its damaged walls. From the ruins I will rebuild it and restore its former glory.
12 And Israel (Negroes) will possess what is left of Edom and all the nations I have called to be mine. ”I AM has spoken, and he will do these things.
13 “The time will come,” says I AM, “when the grain and grapes will grow faster than they can be harvested. Then the terraced vineyards on the hills of Israel (Negroes) will drip with sweet wine!

18 Violence will disappear from your, (Negroes) land; the desolation and destruction of war will end. Salvation will surround you, (Negroes) like city walls, and praise will be on the lips of all who enter there.
19 "No longer will you, (Negroes) need the sun to shine by day, nor the moon to give its light by night, for I AM your, (Negroes) God will be your, (Negroes) everlasting light, and your, (Negroes) God will be you, (Negroes) glory.
20 Your, (Negroes) sun will never set; Your (Negroes) moon will not go down. For I AM will be your (Negroes) everlasting light. Your (Negroes) days of mourning will come to an end.
21 All your, (Negroes) people will be righteous. They will possess their land forever, for I will plant them (Negroes) there with my own hands in order to bring myself glory.
22 The smallest family will become a thousand people, and the tiniest group will become a mighty nation. At the right time, I, I AM, will make it happen.”
